Job Summary
The Marketing & Communications team at MathWorks India drives demand generation and awareness for MathWorks products and solutions in AI, Electrification, Autonomous driving, etc. The team works closely with other functions in the organization to reach customers and prospects in the commercial and education sectors.
Responsibilities
The intern will work with the Marketing & Communications and Commercial Sales teams to find ‘new audiences’ (beyond MathWorks databases) relevant to MathWorks offerings. The study will cover where to find new audiences, how to reach them and how to nurture them. The scope of the project will be limited to the identified industries and key priority areas of MathWorks.
Understand MathWorks priority application areas and industries. Understand existing relevant practices in reaching newer audiences.
Understand different personas (amongst customers) and their motivation
Interview internal stakeholders to understand their pains and objectives in reaching newer audiences
Secondary and primary research (as the case may be) to find solutions to address the gap. Understand and document the approach of peer companies.
Consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations
Document and present the insights and proposed actions to the management team.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be pursuing an MBA.
