The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through RCF Ltd official Notification 2021 for more reference.
Qualification :
Full time & regular B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree with Physics as one of the subjects during any of the 3 years course of B.Sc. Degree and NCVT in the Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) i.e. AO(CP) Trade. The National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in AO(CP) Trade should necessarily be completed after passing of B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree.
Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 55% marks in last year (or Average/Aggregate of last two semesters) of B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree Course (50% for SC/ST category candidates).
OR
a) Full time & regular Three Years’ Diploma in (Chemical/Allied branches of Chemical) Engineering/Technology and one-year training (BOAT) under the Apprentices Act-1961 (Amendment 1973). or
b) The Candidates with HSC(Science) and direct admission to second year/ 3rd Semester of Three Years’ Diploma in (Chemical/Allied branches of Chemical) Engineering/Technology and one-year training (BOAT) under the Apprentices Act-1961 (Amendment 1973). The one-year training (BOAT) should necessarily be completed after passing above prescribed qualification.
Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 55% marks in last year (or Average/ Aggregate of last two semesters) of the Diploma Course (50% for SC/ST category candidates).
OR
The candidate must possess Seven years work experience preferably in Fertilizer or Chemical industry (Pesticides, Agro chemical, ChlorAlkali, Organic Chemical Manufacturing) having continuous process and performing the job in Process/Production Deptt.
Period of Training will not be considered as experience.
Experience should be after acquiring above prescribed qualification.
OR
Qualification:
a) 4 years’ (Eight Semesters) or 3½ years’ (Seven Semesters) full time & regular Diploma in (Chemical/Allied branches of Chemical) Engineering/ Technology under Sandwich pattern. Or
b) The Candidates with HSC(Science) and direct admission to second year/ 3rd Semester of 4 years’ (Eight Semesters) or 3½ years’ (Seven Semesters) full time & regular Diploma in (Chemical/Allied branches of Chemical) Engineering/ Technology under Sandwich pattern.
Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 55% marks in last year (or Average/ Aggregate of last two semesters) of the Diploma Course (50% for SC/ST category candidates)

Exam Fees
Non - refundable application fee of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the posts in Workers’ category are required to be paid by General, OBC and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of online application form. Candidates can opt to pay either through internet banking account or credit/ debit card. No other mode of payment of application fee would be accepted.
